The Rural Disability Awareness Project
The Rural Disability Awareness Project (R-DAP)
aims to reduce and ultimately eliminate rural domestic violence perpetrated against New England residents with disabilities, through educating community citizens and providers to recognize and create rural relevant and timely responses to this growing social problem. The three project elements include a webinar, electronic educational modules, and a social networking initiative which will bring the collective intelligence of individuals with disabilities, rural providers, students and others concerned to inform problem solving.
Registration for the Webinar: Rural Domestic Violence and Disability, a 21st Century Agenda is currently CLOSED.
